Going For Gold with Antibody Analytics

Phew! It’s been quite the year for us here at Antibody Analytics. Between opening our new facility, the Antibody Analytics Discovery Centre and welcoming a host of new faces to our team, it’s certainly been all systems go. While 2022 signifies growth in all areas of our organisation, we’re delighted that this has been recognised beyond our existing community. We’ve been nominated for several industry awards, ranging from life sciences company to employer of the year.

Life Science Company of the year – Made in Scotland Awards

This event was a cause for celebration. We weren’t only nominated for the Life Science Company of the year award, but we only went and won it! Receiving this award is a significant milestone in our journey and continued growth. Of course, we couldn’t have achieved this without our team’s hard work, determination, and talent.

“This nomination recognises one of the key strengths of the Antibody Analytics team, which is the ability to rapidly respond to emerging challenges in biological research to provide solutions for innovative drug developers in the field of immuno-oncology”.

Employer of the year – Lanarkshire Business Excellence Awards

Hosted by North and South Lanarkshire Councils (home to Antibody Analytics HQ), the Lanarkshire Business Award celebrates the success and diversity of our local business community. As a company dedicated to providing a second-to-none workplace, where progression and room for growth are commonplace, we’re over the moon to be shortlisted for employer of the year.

Employee Engagement Award – HR Network Scotland

HR Network Scotland is a community of human resource and business professionals from all sectors across the country. Primarily operating as an industry news outlet, the organisation hosts an annual awards ceremony, recognising and championing the Scottish HR profession. We’re pleased to share that we’ve been shortlisted for the Employee Engagement Award 2022. Our team is our greatest asset, and we’re always looking for new ways to promote collaboration, togetherness and team spirit. We put our staff first between regular social activities, charitable challenges, and our internal merit awards. We’ll find out the outcome of this award in November; watch this space!
