At Antibody Analytics, our Immunology team work on our extensive portfolio of complex primary cell models that faithfully replicate in vivo immune cell interactions, allowing us to help our Clients understand the therapeutic potential of their drug candidates.  Our team is expanding, and we are looking for experienced immunologists to join us.  If you have the background knowledge, coupled with experience in flow cytometry and in vitro primary immune cell assays we would love to hear from you.

Senior Study Scientist
As a Senior Study Scientist, you will be a technical specialist within at least one specific subject area of Translational Immunology, Bioassay or SPR. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing technical projects and working closely with the Study Manager to ensure that customer studies meet the intended objective. You'll also lead a small team of expertly trained Study Scientists working on projects across a range of subject areas, ensuring that the customer study’s objectives are achieved. Once full training and probation is complete, you will participate in our weekend on call rota.

Senior Laboratory Support Operative
The Senior Laboratory Support Operative role consolidates and expands existing skills gained as a Lab Support Operative and incorporates an in depth understanding of Material, Sample and Equipment processes. You will support, train and mentor the Junior Lab Support Operative(s) and Lab Support Operative(s) under the guidance of the Facilities Supervisor. You will also deputise for the Facilities Supervisor where required and may take on a specialism within the Operations Support Team. As Senior Laboratory Support Operative you are responsible for scheduling both your own and the teams’ workload in collaboration with the Facilities Supervisor.

Operations Co-Ordinator
As Operations Co-ordinator, which is a central role within the Operations team, your role will involve collaborating and working closely with Customers, Study Teams, Sales and Marketing and Study Support Teams to ensure that new studies are set up efficiently. You will also engage and support the Laboratory Director to ensure that they have access to the information required to maintain accurate laboratory capacity forecasts.

Business Development Analyst
As Business Development Analyst you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and growth objectives. Ensuring that the company has access to quality projects aligned with the company’s direction, you will be required to make numerous of calls per day, confidently presenting, and professionally qualifying prospective accounts and opportunities. In addition, your role involves generating quality leads aligned with the company’s direction, in conjunction with the marketing and R&D department, to allow informed decisions to be made on company strategy. Working within the systems set up by the company, you will also deliver real time metrics for any hunting approach, notifying senior members of the commercial team when lead indicators suggest there is a dip in success or conversely where great success is being had, and further support is required.

Customer Success Manager
As Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers to ensure that the company has access to quality projects aligned with the company’s direction. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to successfully meet your order and performance targets by developing a number of trusting customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty with a general aim to increase service utilisation and overall positive experience with the brand within existing customer accounts.

Study Manager Bioanalytical
The Study Manager is our experienced level study management role. As a core member of the wider Study Team, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring the performance of customer projects is conducted according to the requirements detailed in the contract. Your role will allow you to specialise in the management of projects within a specific subject area (Translational Immunology, Bioassay or SPR). To support you in your role, guidance and direction will be available from the Senior Study Manager and Project Lead, alongside opportunities to cross-train in different scientific areas (with support from a Study Team).
