At Antibody Analytics, our Immunology team work on our extensive portfolio of complex primary cell models that faithfully replicate in vivo immune cell interactions, allowing us to help our Clients understand the therapeutic potential of their drug candidates.  Our team is expanding, and we are looking for experienced immunologists to join us.  If you have the background knowledge, coupled with experience in flow cytometry and in vitro primary immune cell assays we would love to hear from you.

Operations Co-Ordinator
As Operations Co-ordinator, which is a central role within the Operations team, your role will involve collaborating and working closely with Customers, Study Teams, Sales and Marketing and Study Support Teams to ensure that new studies are set up efficiently. You will also engage and support the Laboratory Director to ensure that they have access to the information required to maintain accurate laboratory capacity forecasts.

Senior Scientist Research & Development (R&D)
As part of the Research and Development team your primary role will be to plan and perform the laboratory work required for the progression of various R&D programmes and to evaluate and develop new technologies. You will have a can-do attitude and be able to work independently and be accustomed with various laboratory techniques, examples of which include flow cytometry, genetic manipulation of mammalian cells, cell culture of immune cells and SPR. You will be able to independently analyse scientific data, summarise outputs in reports and presentations and communicate these to senior members of the R&D team and the rest of the company. You will be able to critically evaluate scientific literature and use it to progress/troubleshoot scientific activities. You will have shared responsibility for the management of R&D activities, including generation of appropriate documentations (project plans, lab documents, protocols, reports) and housekeeping activities (e.g., inventory management of R&D materials). You will participate in activities to operationalise and commercialise R&D outputs, including the generation of appropriate assay/product/service documentation (e.g., SOPs), training, and marketing material.
