Empowering Excellence: Building a Diverse and Inclusive Science Community

We are engaged. We are enthusiastic. We are experts. And we are committed to making science a level playing field for all, irrespective of gender.

Kudos to all of our team whose outstanding performance delivers immunology research services of the highest standard. Reflective of our society, our leadership team is 50% female, and our workforce is and an even split of men and women. We mean it when we say that gender doesn’t matter at Antibody Analytics.

We wish our beliefs were commonplace.

The International Day of Women and Girls in Science, celebrated on February 11th, is an important day to recognise and celebrate the achievements of women and girls in the field of science. It’s also a reminder that there is still much work to be done to increase the participation of women and girls in STEM fields to create a more inclusive and equitable environment everyone.

At Antibody Analytics we’re proud that by working together, we can break down the barriers that prevent women and girls from entering and thriving in the field of science, and open the doors to a more diverse and innovative future for all. The world needs the talents and perspectives of women and girls in science, and it is up to us to ensure that they have the opportunity to shine.

Do you want to make an impact in science?  Read more about their inspirational stories and join our team of pioneering female scientists.
