ANTIBODY ANALYTICS – WHO WE ARE

We are an innovative and vibrant biotechnology company. We believe that scientists deserve the best data and patients deserve the best drugs, so our mission is to provide our drug development partners with data of outstanding quality which gives them confidence to expedite new healthcare solutions to market. We began in 2015 and through our expertise, technology and amazing employees we have grown to where we are today, and we plan to keep on growing. We’re not all scientists and academics, we are a diverse, talented and fun team who we enjoy the occasional pizza Friday, but what’s at the core of what we do is our culture and values – that’s what makes us proud and stand out.

You will have a can-do attitude and be able to work independently and be accustomed with various laboratory techniques, examples of which include flow cytometry, genetic manipulation of mammalian cells, cell culture of immune cells and SPR. You will be able to independently analyse scientific data, summarise outputs in reports and presentations and communicate these to senior members of the R&D team and the rest of the company. You will be able to critically evaluate scientific literature and use it to progress/troubleshoot scientific activities. You will have shared responsibility for the management of R&D activities, including generation of appropriate documentations (project plans, lab documents, protocols, reports) and housekeeping activities (e.g., inventory management of R&D materials). You will participate in activities to operationalise and commercialise R&D outputs, including the generation of appropriate assay/product/service documentation (e.g., SOPs), training, and marketing material.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO DO

R&D and product development

You will be responsible for performing high standard laboratory work necessary to generate and evaluate new technologies which may include, but is not limited to the following:

• Modification of primary cells (e.g. T cells) via lentiviral transduction or electroporation.

• Development of advanced experimental platforms, technologies or products in multiple disciplines including (but not limited to) molecular immunology, biophysics, molecular and synthetic biology.

• Assessment of new instruments and techniques or new methodologies using existing instrumentation.

Data interpretation, presentation, and communication
