The Scientific Director – Operations – Immunology role is a senior position within our Study Management team, combining operational management with strategic marketing. You will be an expert within your field, providing the team with tailored technical and regulatory support to drive the delivery of our customer projects to the highest standard. Reporting to the COO, you will lead a team of Study Managers and Senior Study Managers alongside having responsibility for capacity planning, training and employee development to drive and achieve revenue targets within the team. You will also have an active role in the commercial and scientific development of the operational technical area through strategic marketing and research and development activities in collaboration and partnering with the Marketing Director and Chief Scientific Officer. This also includes ensuring technical support for our Sales colleagues to progress customer enquiries.
